Players are allowed to have no more than four characters in the game at once. This number may be extended through activity checks.

Please don't link to TVTropes. <b>Personality:</b> We would like at least four, decent-sized paragraphs written by you detailing the way your characters think and act. Please be as well-rounded as possible when discussing your character. For OC/AU characters, we ask for a more detailed background. Background: Joseph Allen is what some would call a 'war junkie,' but that is actually very accurate, seeing as he served seven years in England's elite Special Air Service (S.A.S.) and attained the rank of Captain, though later on he left the S.A.S. after a I.E.D. immobilized him for 18 months. He then migrated to America and joined up with the United States Marines, finding work as an instructor for five years before having Honorable Discharge at the rank of Master Sergeant. That is when he moved to Japan, looking for some peace. He is still armed to the teeth, though it may not seem like it.

Personality:
Cpt./MSgt. Joseph Allen is normally a very laid-back, aloof man who does not seem to take things seriously, though he had acquired this trait through training in both the S.A.S. and U.S.M.C. He has a deep understanding of most matters, but he never lets it get in the way of his job, no matter what it is. He will always put the good of the mission first, even if it means his own life.
He walks with a slight limp from the I.E.D. attack, though it does not seem to bother him. You can tell he has a military background, mostly because it looks as if he is constantly marching to his own cadence. Due to this, people never underestimate his skills in combat.
He will be a kind man when met, but that may very quickly change if he feels to be threatened. He was trained as a Special Ops soldier in the S.A.S., and he can be hot-headed. The man most people see is merely a cover for the truth-- a dark, sadistic being.
The man speaks with a heavy English accent, but he is still fluent in twenty three languages, including French, Spanish, German, and Japanese. Most common languages are spoken by him, making him a international asset. When spoken to, he will quietly reply in the language spoken to him.

Notes: He is a sentimental man, and he wears a face mask, though it looks real. If what happened when he was in the S.A.S. is somehow brought up, he will dodge the subject. He is proficient in firearms, blades, and hand-to-hand combat.
